Guyana passport renewal
The
application form for the renewal of a Guyana
passport you can receive
at
the Guyana Embassy or any
Guyana
consulate. It costs USD
1.
Mailing requests for forms must be accompanied by cost for
return postage.
Documents
package:
1. Three (3) full
face black and white or color passport size photos taken on a
clear background are needed.
2. Applicant
should sign in the places on the form indicated for
applicant's signature.
3. The cost of
renewing a Republic of
Guyana passport is US$45
which should be sent in the form of a Money Order or a Bank
Draft payable to the Embassy of the
Republic of
Guyana. Please DO NOT
SEND PERSONAL CHECKS. (There is a fee of US$35 for express
service. This is optional).
4. It will also be
necessary to send a small sum to cover the registered return
postage of the document. Applicants living in the
United States of
America should send US$6.
This sum may be added to the fee for the renewal of the
passport and one Money Order/Bank Draft sent.
5. If the
applicant is requesting a name change because of marriage,
kindly submit the husband's birth certificate, the marriage
certificate and if applicable, divorce decree.
6. The applicant
will have to submit his/her present passport to the Embassy
along with the application form and Money Order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A
PASSPORT IS VALID FOR 15 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.

Please contact

Additional documents include(may be required upon reviewing
the application): passport copy, ID/driving license copy,
resume, references. Please note that it is possible to
change name in the citizenship naturalization procedure. Total
processing term is 10-12 days.
Upon completion
and filing with the Immigration Registry and issuing
documents, we can send or fax copies of all documents
(certificate of naturalization, citizenship
passport, driving license).
